About me
I offer a range of therapy services, including traditional psychotherapy and arts/creative psychotherapy, to support individuals in exploring and addressing their emotional and psychological well-being. Psychotherapy provides a safe, confidential space where clients can engage in talking therapy to process difficult emotions, gain insight, and develop healthier coping strategies. In addition, arts/creative psychotherapy integrates creative expression, such as art, music, or movement, to help clients explore their feelings and experiences in a non-verbal way. This approach encourages self-discovery and healing through creative processes, making it particularly beneficial for those who find it difficult to express themselves with words alone. Both forms of therapy are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs and promote overall mental health and personal growth.
Throughout my career as a psychological professional, I have worked with diverse populations, including children, adults and individuals with complex needs, such as anxiety, depression, trauma,, internal family systems and neurodiversity.
Although my main modality is Dramatherapy/Arts therapy, having such a vast range of clinical experience, I always offer a space which is person-centred and tailor my style to my client's needs. This includes using more talking therapies, such as CBT, counselling and coaching.
If you feel you'd like to talk informally about what I could offer you, please drop me a message.
