About me

We all struggle. Many people have experienced trauma and events or situations in their lives which have really caused pain. Sometimes memories, thoughts and emotions get in the way of us living how we want to live. Our families and loved ones, our careers, relationships and social lives bring us challenges and suffering. Some of these challenges can really bring us down. If you want to work through past or present trauma and challenges to find your own values, strengths and happiness, I am here to help.

I love to work in a humanistic way. I integrate this humanistic approach with PCT, CBT, DBT, ACT and CFT to provide a truly pluralistic approach to therapy. I work in a neuroaffirmative way to help individuals with attachment problems, anxiety, depression, ocd, psychosis, BPD, self-harming behaviours, panic problems, general life stress, trauma, adhd/autism.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
