Feeling lost or overwhelmed? Life events seem challenging and your not sure what to do?
Difficult feelings can arise for many reasons and sometimes talking things through with someone who isn't directly involved and is non-judgemental can make a difference. I have experience of working with adults and teenagers on a wide-range of topics from abuse, anger, addiction, anxiety and bereavement through to depression, low self-esteem and the meaning of life. I work in a client-centred and integrative way, which means I aim to work along side clients drawing on experience and theoretical knowledge which best suits their needs.
I appreciate that contacting someone about counselling can feel daunting so please either phone or e-mail me and I will aim to respond quickly and usually later that day. We will have an initial meeting where you will be able to talk about your reasons for seeking counselling and decide whether this is the best answer for you.
