About me

I am passionate about supporting my clients through their mental health journeys. My approach is warm, approachable, and deeply empathetic, fostering a safe space for collaboration and growth. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, and I strive to empower my clients to develop practical strategies that lead to meaningful change.

With more than a decade of experience in the NHS, I have spent the last five years working in an NHS talking therapies service and most recently have started to work in a specialist NHS anxiety service with a particular focus on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

My background also includes working with individuals facing eating disorders and disordered eating, allowing me to bring a comprehensive understanding of various mental health challenges.
