About me

When everyday life is feeling hard to manage it can be helpful to reach out for additional support. Accessing support from an individual outside of our close circle of family and friends can allow space to explore some of the more challenging areas without fear of offending others. If you are ready to make changes I can provide a wide range of support strategies aimed at helping to manage difficulties with accessing everyday situations and events. I have many years of experience of working with Neuro Divergent and Neuro Typical Clients in all age groups using a range of practical and creative strategies in sessions and adapting sessions to meet the needs of each individual Client. I currently work online or via phone sessions with adults. It may be possible to arrange face to face sessions in the Tendring area for Children on request (please email to request information on cost of face to face sessions).
