I am a fully qualified, professional and experienced Therapist offering confidential support and guidance when life seems overwhelming.
Therapy is the first step towards untangling thoughts and beginning change with support.
Deciding whether to start counselling can feel daunting, it is normal to feel anxious.
I normally suggest an initial appointment so that we can meet and you have an opportunity to say a little about your situation.
We can then look at your options and plan a way forward.
I am an Integrative Therapist which means that I draw on all schools of thought to help tailor a treatment plan that works for you.
Work can be Short term for specific problems or Longer Term for deeper issues
Our work together is safe. It is thoroughly confidential and private following all Ethical guidelines of my Governing Body (UKCP, Guild of Psychotherapy)
