I am a warm, calm and non-judgmental counsellor who welcomes those who need to unburden their troubles and unravel their muddles. I am resilient enough to hear your darkest stories and hopeful enough to know that we can all grow. I love to work with people to realise their goals, rediscover their choices and to find hope, self-acceptance and emotional peace of mind.
I love to use mindfulness & creative techniques in my counselling. As a person-centred counsellor I won't diagnose, advise or judge you. I will always listen, be honest, believe in you, help you to untangle your issues & to accept & believe in yourself.
I know that finding a counsellor can be tricky. It has been a difficult year for many & we all need somewhere safe to offload. I hope you'll find me to be an open, accepting, & understanding counsellor who celebrates achievement and is always attentive & empathic. I believe in growth and see the good in people. Free, 30-minute no-obligation intro session.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
