MA Art Psychotherapy

About me

I'm a HCPC registered Art Therapist. I currently offer welcoming online art therapy groups. The groups take place on Zoom with myself and a co-therapist. Group members can be based anywhere in England. The online art therapy groups have been designed to provide a space for exploring thoughts, feelings and situations using art. Using creatively to detangle and make sense of our situations. The group format allows group members to join together, reflect and feel the support from each other. As time goes on the groups' connection will deepen, allowing this to become a powerfully connected, creative, safe space.

I have a calm, gentle and reflective style; ensuring that all those who I work with feel noticed and heard. Through this approach, you are able to safely explore thoughts and feelings using the art materials. Together we can make links between your art, experiences and thoughts. I have lived experience of neurodivergence and caring.

The groups are suitable for adults who feel they would benefit from ongoing support. For example; those with long term health conditions, those with anxiety and depression, carers. These online groups are particularly suitable for those who prefer virtual therapy or struggle to find time for themselves. Online groups can be a good choice for those who find it hard to leave their home. I hope the groups are accessible and comfortable for neurodivergent individuals. The groups are also open to student therapists for personal therapy.

Contact me via email to find out more about the online art therapy groups I currently offer. Please ask me about any questions you have, I am always happy to answer these. Most people are new to the idea of therapy groups, so have lots of questions before they make a decision. You can also join our mailing list to be informed of upcoming groups.
