About me
I am a qualified counsellor and supervisor, working predominantly but not exclusively with sexual trauma.
I work from a compassionate perspective, helping clients to understand that "what has happened to them affects who they are and how they behave"
I am a charity clinical lead and offer private supervision to students and qualified counsellors. I use a mixed approach to counselling supervision, which I see as a collaborative, mutually respective relationship.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been a counsellor for 5 years and a supervisor since 2022. I provide counselling supervision to trainees and qualified counsellors at the charity I Co-founded in 2019 and to the NHS ISVA service.
I hold a level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling,
Level 5 diploma in children and young persons counselling,
Level 5 diploma in counselling supervision.
I attend extensive CPD focussing on trauma.

Counselling supervision is £70.00 per 1.5-hour session.
Student supervision £50.00 per 1.5 hour session
Report writing for students is charged at a standard rate of £15.00 per report
Counselling is charged at £60.00 per hour
