About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and it is a privilege to help clients realise their potential, make positive changes, achieve goals  and ultimately see a significant improvement to their mental health.

Initially I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation which gives you the opportunity to ask any questions/concerns you may have and for me to gather information regarding your current situation. If you are happy to go ahead with the sessions, we will discuss days and times (either online or in-person) on a weekly basis that suit you.

I work with with clients to overcome and gain a better understanding of anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, trauma symptoms, self-care, life enhancement, goal attainment and self-discovery.

I will offer you a safe space in which to explore and move forwards with a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behavioural patterns which will ultimately lead to an overall improvement of your wellbeing.

I look forward to hearing from you.
