About me
As a psychotherapist, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can connect, heal, and grow. Using evidence-based psychotherapy, I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of groups and individuals.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate, whether due to changing circumstances, unsettling past or present events, or emotions that feel unmanageable or unclear. Therapy offers the opportunity to build resilience, empowering you to face life’s challenges and find growth in the process. Together, we’ll co-create a path toward a more fulfilling and joyful life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered (UKCP) Psychotherapist and Group Analyst. I abide by their ethical framework to ensure safe, professional and compassionate practice.
I am a full member of the Institute of Group Analysis.
I currently work as a Psychotherapist and Group Analyst within the NHS and higher education, and as a supervisor at a training institution.
I work with people individually and in groups. I specialise in addressing a broad range of difficulties, from relationship difficulties to anxiety and depression. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who have an inquisitive mindset and a desire to explore and understand themselves more deeply.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Undertaking therapy of any kind is rarely easy. It takes courage to look at yourself and perhaps especially so in the presence of someone you don't know. Contacting me for the 15’ complimentary consultation will give you the opportunity to express your needs and evaluate whether I am the right therapist for you.
