Kate Telford B.Sc(Hons); PGDip; MBACP; CSAccred.(AAC)
Hello, my name is Kate. I am an integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor based in North Wales. I work with children, young people and adults, helping them to overcome any personal obstacles or difficulties they may have. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy, either face-to-face from my office in Llandudno, or online over Skype. Home visits can be discussed.
I work in an integrative way, which means that I incorporate different types of therapy into the way I work; how I work is dependent on the needs of the person I am working with. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy; this means that I meet their standards of competence, and adhere to their ethical framework.
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons, and no reason is too small. Maybe you know exactly what it is you want to talk about, or maybe you can't quite put your finger on what's bothering you. Whatever the reason, the safe and confidential space that therapy offers can be really helpful in helping you to unravel your thoughts and make sense of them.
Reaching out for support is the first step towards reaching your goals, but it is difficult. Why not send me an e-mail, and we can get to know each other to see if we might like to work together? What do you have to lose?
