About me
With over 10 years of experience working within the NHS and Forensic settings delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based interventions, I am an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a member of the EMDR Association UK. I believe that everyone needs help to navigate their life experience at times and I feel it is my privilege to support people with this.
Arranging to speak with a therapist can be daunting, especially if it is something you have never done before. I will ensure you are provided with a safe, confidential, therapeutic space, in which to share your experiences with me and together we will create an individual treatment plan, tailored to your needs.
I use a collaborative approach to help my clients decide what they would like to get out of their therapy sessions
My personal values are reflected in my work. Compassion, safety, professionalism, providing a non-judgemental and supportive environment, are the most important aspects of my role.
