Kate McDonald MBACP
Hi, My names Kate thank you for clicking and getting to know me a little better.
Are you feeling like your head is full of fog?
Are you pouring from an empty cup? or do you feel unbelievably sad and weighed down with dark thoughts or crippling anxiety.
Its ok, you have come to the right place. This is my thing, I understand how you feel and my job is to help you to regain control, de-fluff that mind and begin to appreciate the small things again like the sun on your face or a hot cup of tea.
I've been working as a counsellor for five years now and I love it! I'm a very welcoming Therapist that will instantly make you feel relaxed and welcome but I'm also honest and will challenge your negative thinking habits.
Think of me as the person to help you hit the reset button on your computer. Your brain is your computer and if that isn't working properly a domino effect takes place. I have worked with many issues over my time so far and have had excellent results.
I offer private one-to-one counselling and I believe together we can face any issue and help rediscover the person you have lost.
I'm experienced at working with both adults and teenagers so please don't hesitate to get in touch and we can discuss the matter further.
