About me

I am an experience BACP registered Person Centred Counsellor working with adults and young people over 18+. I have extensive experience in bereavement, sexual violence and domestic abuse.  Asking for support or admitting that we need support is often the toughest thing to do. Give yourself the very best care you can give by exploring the important and confusing things in life that can feel overwhelming.  Counselling can give you the space needed to really explore who you are and what you want and in which direction in life you would like to take.

My fees are £40.00 per hour, but please get in touch to discuss as fees can be adjusted to suit your budget. My aim is to provide a safe and confidential space to allow mutual trust for the therapeutic relationship to develop to help you make the choices and decisions that are right for you.

If you feel I am the right counsellor for you then please email me or ring me and we can talk through when is the best time to meet and to discuss your needs further.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
