Beginning therapy can be one of the most positive steps we ever take.
Finding a therapist who feels right for you may seem quite daunting.
I offer a safe, calm and supportive space to talk.
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I believe that much of our emotional difficulty is linked to early life experience and that by working with a trained professional, to explore and understand this, we can free ourselves from negative patterns of thought and behaviour and open up the possibility for greater self-acceptance and positive change.
At an initial consultation, you can let me know what is going on in your life at the moment and why you are thinking about starting therapy. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if you would feel comfortable working with me.
I offer therapy arrangements based around your individual needs.
