About me

I am an integrative person-centred counsellor and practice privately with clients.
I work with a broad range of presenting issues.

My love of working with people inspired me to become a counsellor and my aim is to offer the time and space to find a way through whatever challenges or transitions a person may be facing. I recognise that life is rarely straightforward and there can be times when a person may be feeling stuck or not where they want to be.

My multi-faceted background with over 30 years in the fitness, health and education sectors has given me both the privilege of working with a variety of people and contributed a valuable insight into the importance of an individual’s mental and physical wellbeing.

If you would like to know more about my counselling sessions please contact me.
