About me
Having space to talk about how you feel and what is going on inside your head is never a waste of time. Feeling anxious & overwhelmed is!
Maybe you feel unable to share with family or friends and you want to make sense of the feelings you are experiencing. It's a fact; people start to heal when they feel truly heard and, by talking things over with a qualified and professional counsellor, it could help you heal from past or present trauma.
Relationships take work and I am pleased to now also be offering couples counselling. Lets strengthen your relationship together.
My approach is Person Centred Therapy and my style is relaxed and friendly. My counselling room is in Exeter with squishy chairs but I also work online so you can be comfortable in your own space. You talk, I listen and together we can challenge unhelpful thoughts and perspectives and explore a new way of being.
You have come this far so why not take an extra step and get more details and support at www.katehaskell.com
