Kate Hall BEd, Dip Therapeutic Couns, Cert. Couns. Studies, MBACP
Hi, I'm Kate, and it is my belief as a person centred therapist, that you know yourself best and that you will naturally come to your own conclusions in life.
However, sometimes things are much more complicated for us and everything seems unclear and clouded. This affects the way we think, feel and behave and can leave us with feelings we struggle to make sense of or understand.
My expertise is working towards change and also includes counselling young people. I am also trained in the Rewind Technique for trauma and PTSD (free to veterans). I have extensive experience working alongside adults diagnosed with MS or cancer and those who have lost family or friends, and I also specialise in grief, loss and bereavement, anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship problems.
Maybe you feel your current experiences and relationships are having a negative impact on your life, or if you are struggling to cope. If so, help is at hand. You will be in a safe, confidential, and comfortable environment, where I can support you to explore whatever difficulties you have.
If you feel ready to begin counselling, please do get in touch by phone, email or text to discuss your needs or to ask any questions you may have.
