About me

I am a Person Centred therapist providing a safe, supportive space to explore concerns and worries in a non-judgemental environment. I have extensive experience working alongside adults diagnosed with MS or cancer and those who have lost family or friends, I specialise in grief, loss and bereavement, anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship problems.

My expertise is working towards change and also includes counselling young people. I am trained in the Rewind Technique for trauma and PTSD (free to veterans). I am a registered member of the BACP.

About me
It is my belief as a person centred therapist, that you know yourself best and that you will naturally come to your own conclusions in life - however, sometimes things are much more complicated for us and everything seems unclear and clouded. This affects the way we think, feel and behave and can leave us with feelings we struggle to make sense of or understand.

Are your current experiences and relationships having a negative impact on your life? If you are struggling to cope, help is at hand. I can support you and be alongside you to explore whatever difficulties you have.

You will be in a safe, confidential, and comfortable environment. Meeting at a regular time to suit you and explore those concerns and worries to help discover your way forward.

My counselling work includes working with adults and young people age 12+.

As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I adhere to their ethical guidelines for safe practice and attend regular supervision.

For more information about my practice, approach to counselling and psychotherapy please visit my website www.hivecounsellingleics.com
