Working with people is my biggest passion. But seeing my clients feeling better is the best reward. And then I argue with my clients who say it is thanks to me at the end of our therapeutic process. I know it is only because of them and their great work that they decided to invest towards their better future. I am here to guide you through that journey...
My practice as clinical and counselling psychologist is informed by theories developed in clinical psychology, psychopathology, developmental and cognitive psychology, sexology, psychology of addictions, neuropsychology.
Through continues learning activities I widen my abilities to use techniques offered by various therapeutic models, all based on my clients presentation and identification of their goals and change that they want to achieve. I find systemic ideas, ACT and CBT methods useful in helping my clients bring new solutions. I use also intercultural therapy, usually while working with couples and families. I believe that all approaches aim to help the client to gain better understanding about the sources and meaning of the problematic situation, unwanted behaviours or troubling feelings and thoughts. It is however the relationship developed with the therapist that enables positive experience and introduces helpful solutions.
I have been working in therapeutic settings for last 10 years. I offer non-judgemental and safe space to explore and invite alternative narratives and exercising the change. That wouldn’t be possible without two-way communication and I am always willing to share my thoughts and I am happy to hear the feedback. There are no wrong or right answers.
I believe that there is always a way to improve our well-being and put our mind at rest. I feel privileged to be part of my clients’ therapeutic journey. And every journey is different and I am always inspired by my clients’ capacity and creativity in achieving their goals. It is an honour to participate in the process of embracing new perspectives and guide my clients through unfamiliar and alternative paths.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed Master degree in clinical psychology, after presenting dissertation and research project indentifying the impact of employment on quality of life people with schizophrenia. After qualifying I worked in social services where I become Specialist Family Resilience Practitioner.
My further training comes from Poland and United Kingdom, where I trained in Systemic Family Psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Crisis Intervention.
I also completed additional workshops in Indonesia, supporting my work with methods used by Ayurveda and Hypnotherapy.
I am registered with Health and Care Professions Council.
I am also member of Association of Family Therapy and British Psychology Society.
In London I worked organising community support for people with learning disabilities, elderly and those with dementia. I then specialised in managing rehabilitation packages for people affected by traumatic brain injury and neurological conditions.
Recently I work in private practice and in NHS leading psychological service for those with mental health problems.

I offer sessions in convenient location in Colindale (1min from tube station - Northern Line - 15mins from Camden Town) most evenings and some morning slots available.
I understand that trying to find the right person to talk to might not be easy. I invite you for the initial meeting, where we can decide whether the kind of therapy that I offer would best meet your needs.
Although sometimes it takes time to built trust, identify goals and create change, it is also important that you will feel comfortable for me to be part of that journey. There is no obligation to continue the meetings.
