About me

I provide face-to-face counselling sessions, I also work via phone and online (Zoom, Skype).

Oferuje  sesje w systemie twarza w twarz, on-line i telefonicznie.

My goal is to create a safe environment for clients to explore their problems and to heal from their emotional hurt. I am compassionate, non-judgemental and I adhere to high professional standards. I am passionate about my work, which is my vocation and my hobby, but I also love to learn; I train in different modalities, continuously, so I can be of greater help to my clients.

I work with clients experiencing sadness, suffering from low moods and depression, stress and anxiety, or low confidence.

I help clients heal from their experience of abuse in every form, and I have vast experience of working with survivors and victims of physical, emotional, sexual, financial and narcissistic abuse.

I help clients struggling with suicidal thoughts.

I provide counselling for clients with fertility and pregnancy related issues, trauma survivors, relationship issues, and many others.

I work with English and with Polish-speaking clients, I also work with Counselling Students who wish to fulfil the requirement of personal therapy.

I am a certified and accredited Integrative Counsellor, which means that I am trained in a number of modalities: the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and in the Psychodynamic Therapy to be able to support clients with a variety of problems and needs. I have completed Diploma in CBT.

I work ethically and I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society.

You are welcome to phone me for a free 5-10 min chat to find out if I can help.

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
