Kassandra Greaves-Ramal | BSc Psychology, FdSc Integrative Counselling | MBACP
There are times in our lives where we all struggle to make sense of a situation, experience or relationship. The pressures and values of modern day life mean it’s a complex, busy and changing world.
We may be unable to get on with life and lack the resources to sort it out ourselves.
Are you struggling with:
- Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
- Feeling sad
- Family issues
- Isolation and loneliness
- Difficult emotions – low self esteem, low self confidence
- Difficult life events – redundancy
- Upsetting health conditions – fertility
You may not wish to burden family, friends and work colleagues, sometimes their help isn’t sufficient, or you feel too embarrassed or ashamed to speak with them, and it is in these times counselling can help.
In our fast-paced modern society, counselling can offer you precious hours of space and time – where else can you have the opportunity to be heard, taken seriously, understood or to have focused attention without having to give anything back?
My name is Kassandra Greaves-Ramal and I offer individual face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy sessions in Redhill and Reigate, Surrey.
Through listening to your story, together we can help you to understand yourself better.
By encouraging you to talk and providing a safe space to think things through we can work towards resolving any issues which may be troubling you, uncovering the root causes, finding your own solutions in order to make positive changes in life and developing better ways of relating and communicating. The aim of which is to increase self-understanding and self-awareness in order to enable you to enhance your own life and live it more fully.
As my client your wellbeing is my primary concern, I therefore offer a quality service working to professional standards by protecting and maintaining your confidentiality and privacy, and ensuring a collaborative partnership in which together we will decide how we work.
I will provide you with a safe place in which you will be able to speak honestly and openly about your feelings and concerns. To be fully present for you as a client and attentive to your experiences, providing you space to be understood, to fully explore and be seen for who you really are and what you want – allowing you the opportunity to find your own voice and find ways of following it.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an BSsc in Psychology and an Fd.Sc in Integrative Counselling.
I am also a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy registered member (MBACP).

Areas in which I have attended training courses, to expand my awareness and provide me with greater understanding, include:
- Domestic Abuse
- Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity
As well as having my own private practice, I support individuals on a voluntary basis in a GP surgery in Surrey and I am also one of the associated counsellors for The Lucy Raynor Foundation, who provide 6 weeks of free counselling to young adults.

Offering an initial free telephone consultation, this gives us the opportunity to explore how counselling works, find out what brings you to counselling, consider if it is for you, discuss your expectations and how therapy may be of help, as well as to explore whether you think we can work together successfully, and lastly to agreed a suitable date and time for an initial session.
Sessions are £40 per 50 minutes to be paid in cash.
I appreciate this may be a difficult time, and it may be daunting to seek help but making that brave and courageous first step is all important.
As establishing the client-therapist relationship is vital to the counselling process I hope my offer of an initial free telephone consultation will ease those initial concerns, where I will be happy to answer any questions you may have, allowing you the opportunity to consider whether counselling is for you and if you feel we can work together successfully.
I see counselling as a journey of self-exploration, discovery and understanding – and it’s one that I would feel privileged to travel alongside with you.
