Kasia Marzyńska - MSc (Psych), UKCP (reg. Accred)
You may feel vulnerable now or experience some emotional and psychological difficulties. As qualified Psychotherapist I offer individual counselling, psychotherapy and Mindfulness courses for groups to support my clients with various mental health difficulties including anxiety and panic, depression, abuse, trauma and relationship issues.
Whatever you may struggle with, I'm determined to explore together how counselling or psychotherapy can help you. I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of any healing process. Building a trusting, open, caring relationship is the bedrock of my approach. We exist in a field of relationships and are relational, or perhaps inter-relational, beings, and it is from our warm, therapeutic relationship that real change and growth can occur.
As a Gestalt Psychotherapist I focus on supporting you in an accepting and non-judgemental way with what may be challenging for you in this moment and aim to help you restore your inner strength and resources to achieve positive changes in life.
My approach is holistic and practical, to attune to your uniqueness and specific needs I integrate various therapeutic principles from Gestalt therapy, Mindfulness and Art therapy. I draw on creativity, body oriented work and most importantly our therapeutic relationship. My goal is to be authentic and genuine in our work.
Life may become challenging at times and I am aware that it may not be easy to reach out for support. Counselling offers you an accepting and confidential space to share feeling and emotions that you may have never shared before, without the fear of being judged.
