About me

I offer Core Process Psychotherapy, a mindfulness-based approach in therapy. Core Process Psychotherapy falls under the umbrella of humanistic and integrative approaches in psychotherapy.

My intention is to meet each person where they are in their life and incorporate a gentle yet powerful mindfulness-based therapy, which brings awareness to thoughts, feelings, and sensations, allowing change to happen in the present.

I wish to accompany your journey and support you being with any challenges that you might be experiencing. By truly allowing our experience to be, we have the possibility of moving forward and reconnecting with the greater sense of wellbeing. I work at a pace that is right for you, helping you to identify resources that can support you during your therapy and in your life.

I offer both counselling and long-term depth psychotherapy for adults on a weekly basis.

***Please note: During the current restrictions due to the Covid-19 outbreak, I have stopped face to face therapy sessions until further notice. I am continuing to offer online and phone therapy. *** It is a challenging time for many, a global crisis such as this touches each and every one of us. If you wish to reach out for support; are struggling with self-isolation, dealing with loss and grief and/or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and fear and want to share your experience, please contact me on my email or phone.

I attend regular professional supervision and partake in continual professional development courses to ensure that my practice is well supported.
