About me

I am a friendly person centred therapist with extensive experience of working with a diverse range of people and issues.

As a trained Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, I work with all the arts, visual, music, drama, movement, puppets and I draw from all of the main-stream therapeutic models. Having such a wide range of tools to work with helps me to be able to adapt the work to meet the needs of the client.

It is really important that you feel comfortable with your choice of therapist, if you are interested in exploring working with me then check out my website and call or email me and we can take it from there. I offer an introductory session for free and then we would normally meet every week for 50 minutes for an agreed length of time before review.
