About me

I am an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I work with adults, couples, young people and students in counselling training. I offer confidential counselling, short, medium and long term therapy dependant on your individual needs. I work in Andover Town Centre (SP10), I provide therapy, information, strategies and support to help you manage:

  • relationship problems, couples work & family issues
  • depression & feeling low
  • low self esteem, poor body image & loss of / low confidence,
  • stress,anxiety and panic
  • bereavement, loss and grief,
  • food, weight and eating problems
  • work related stress, bullying, career planning & changes
  • Domestic Abuse

Training, qualifications & experience

I am qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor at Post Graduate level and I am a registered member of MBACP.

  • Post Graduate Clinical Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling with Middlesex University
  • Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling with The Berne Institute
  • Certificate in working with Children and Young People with The Berne Institute
  • Freedom Programme Training with Andover Crisis and Support centre
  • Advanced Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy Training with CPTI, Edinburgh
  • Certificate in Humanistic Counselling based on Transactional Analysis
  • Transactional Analysis 101 Verification Certificate

I have worked as a Counsellor at The Princess Royal Trust for Carers ( 2010 to 2015)
I have also worked in the local community as a counsellor with Andover Crisis and Support Centre and Cruse Bereavement.
I have provided a support service to the The Enham Trust.

I subscribe to code of ethics of BACP.

I have an up to date DBS certificate.

I have Professional Indemnity Insurance with PPS.

Member organisations


British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
