About me

I offer 1-2-1 remote therapy sessions to adults and young people using a cognitive behavioural approach, however will adapt support to my clients needs.

Allied with the LGBTQ+, kink and consensual non-monogamous/polyamorous communities, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for any person who identifies in any of these ways. I am also a strong ally for sex workers and an advocate for stigma reduction for this community, which can create barriers to accessing mental health support.

Sessions are offered over the phone or via webcam.  Please send your enquiry by email or if more convenient, please call and leave a voicemail and I will respond to you within 48 hours of receiving your initial enquiry.

My session rate is £40, however concessions of £20 and £30 are available for unemployed/low income and students respectively.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, an MSc in Advanced Practice (Mental Health) and I am a member of BACP.  I have over 2 years experience of delivering support privately, through the NHS and via EAP services.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
