Depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues and unexpected life events...is now the time to talk about it? I work in an integrative way, using a range of approaches and styles of counselling, to suit each person and what is happening, or has happened, which has brought them to counselling. With sensitivity and respect in a non judgmental and safe environment issues can be untangled and processed.
I am fully qualified, insured counsellor, I adhere to and uphold the ethics and principles the BACP stand for, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and good practice. As a member of the BACP my work is regularly supervised.
As well as running my own private practice One2One Counselling Services, I worked as a volunteer for many years with the U.K.'s leading Mental Health Charity.
I will listen carefully to your problems and support you while together we work towards achievable solutions.
