About me

A new year brings new beginnings, so if something is making you unhappy, anxious, troubled, or confused things needn't stay the same.  My goal is to help you make changes. I offer an alternative way of counselling, walking outside in nature.

So, why do I counsel in nature?  Well, nature aids anxiety, stress, tension, and enhances mental and general wellbeing, it decreases feelings of anger, stress, lowers blood pressure, heart rate, and eases muscle tension, and also brings a more relaxed approach to the therapeutic process.

Counselling can help you find freedom and it starts with a simple chat.  Sitting in a park, walking through the woods, or strolling on the beach, I use nature to help me help you.

Let's walk, let's talk, let's make changes.
