About me

I have more than 20 years of experience of delivering counselling, coaching and psychotherapy support to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, phobias, low self-esteem and confidence issues. I have worked in a diverse range of settings including, children's charities, education, police and private counselling practice.

I have incorporated Person Centered and Solution Focused Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy, hypnotherapy, guided imagery, The Rewind Technique (used to work with trauma and PTSD), Inner Child Therapy and Life and Menopause Coaching into my skill set to support my clients to achieve the changes they want in their lives to reach their true potential.

I deliver Inner Child Therapy which supports clients to address unmet emotional needs and trauma from childhood.  This therapy enables clients to develop a deeper sense of self and identity.

I deliver sessions via telephone, video and face to face.

I am registered with BUPA to deliver therapy to their clients.
