Welcome – Your Journey to Mental Well-being Starts Here
With over a decade of experience in mental health and emotional well-being, I am a passionate and highly qualified psychologist, CBT-integrative therapist, clinical supervisor, and project manager. I specialise in supporting individuals and couples through some of life’s most challenging emotional struggles—helping you move from distress to clarity, from overwhelm to strength.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, or relationship difficulties, I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs. My mission is simple: to help you take back control of your mental health and empower you to live a more balanced, meaningful life.

Further information
Beyond therapy, I am actively involved in mental health education and advocacy, working to destigmatize mental health issues and raise awareness on a community level. My work with organisations such as the East European Resource Centre and the Polish Psychologists Association reflects my commitment to providing accessible mental health support to diverse populations, particularly for those affected by hate crimes, domestic violence, and other forms of trauma.
On a personal note, I believe in the importance of a balanced life and strive to incorporate mindfulness, physical activity, and ongoing learning into my own routine. My interests include yoga, cycling, reading, and travelling, all of which help me maintain a grounded and refreshed perspective, allowing me to bring my best self to my clients.
If you’re seeking a therapist dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges and develop a greater sense of peace, resilience, and self-worth, I would be honoured to support you on your journey to well-being. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a consultation.
