About me
With over 10 years of experience in mental health and well-being, I am a dedicated psychologist, CBT integrative therapist, and project manager, providing support for individuals dealing with a range of emotional and psychological challenges. My goal is to help you regain control of your mental health and improve your overall well-being through compassionate, evidence-based practices. Working across various roles, I’ve supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and related issues, offering tailored therapeutic approaches to meet each individual's needs.
I believe in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, allowing clients to openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. My approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with traditional and innovative techniques, adapting my approach to align with your goals and concerns. I provide both individual and couple therapy, focusing on relapse prevention, self-esteem building and personal empowerment, with options for face-to-face and online sessions.

Further information
Beyond therapy, I am actively involved in mental health education and advocacy, working to destigmatize mental health issues and raise awareness on a community level. My work with organisations such as the East European Resource Centre and the Polish Psychologists Association reflects my commitment to providing accessible mental health support to diverse populations, particularly for those affected by hate crimes, domestic violence, and other forms of trauma.
On a personal note, I believe in the importance of a balanced life and strive to incorporate mindfulness, physical activity, and ongoing learning into my own routine. My interests include yoga, cycling, reading, and travelling, all of which help me maintain a grounded and refreshed perspective, allowing me to bring my best self to my clients.
