About me

Hi, I am a partner at Hertford Counselling Service, a private practice established in the centre of Hertford for over four years. I meet clients from many different backgrounds and ages and with a variety of issues that are worked through. Seeking help can be daunting, I believe that talking therapies can help individuals to become self aware and identify negative patterns of functioning.

My theoretical approach is integrative and I draw on various techniques that are suited to an individual's needs. A therapeutic relationship can be enriching and I believe people possess the answers within themselves, they just need some support. I provide a safe, confidential space in our neutral office environment in Hertford in which to explore what is going on for you.

Choosing a Therapist that is right for you can be a difficult experience and it is often this relationship that determines a positive outcome. Please contact me to arrange a suitable time to discuss how we can work together.
