Kalyani Siraj (MBACP)
44 (0)7849 955581
I practice within the BACP's ethical framework. During my 19 year career I have worked across diverse cultures with people from all backgrounds, genders and ages. This has helped me to gain a strength to understand different cultural values.
I've worked as a counsellor for NHS GP Surgeries, charitable organisations and as a private practitioner. With an in-depth knowledge of how life traumas, issues and experiences can affect individuals, their family members and friends - I understand how these psychological and emotional issues relate to each other.
Through counselling therapy, I can support you on a range of concerns such as; mental health, relationship issues, sexual identity and addiction.
In my experience, I have noticed that a mental block can destroy ones’ day to day life, which may lead to mental health issues. Together we can explore the cause of such blocks. I can help you find your wellbeing with the right support, planning and counselling techniques.
Offering both short and long term therapy solutions my aim is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental and nurturing environment where together we can explore the issues, severe or minor; retaining complete confidentiality of the sessions. I start our working alliance through an initial consultation, based on this I can recommend a therapy plan.

Ms Claire G - "I wanted to thank you for teaching me that life is a choice. My emotions and thoughts are mine and I have to learn to accept them.
