About me

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming—whether you're feeling stuck in a job, questioning a relationship, or simply struggling to find joy in your daily life. If you're here, you’ve already taken the first courageous step towards change which is admitting something isn’t right.

I’m here to support you on your transformation journey to rediscover your vitality, your passion, your peace, and your purpose.

Whether you're navigating grief, depression, or stress and anxiety because things feel out of control and you are ready for a life shift, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. Let’s explore the possibilities together—virtually or in-person in London.

We’ll explore your struggles, celebrate your realisations and empower you to make lasting and meaningful changes.

I bring a holistic approach to therapy, combining my expertise in integrative therapy with complementary practices like life coaching, addiction recovery (12 step program informed: ACA/OA/CODA/ALANON/UA/DA/SLAA), yoga and meditation, and Cranio-Sacral therapy (in training). This unique blend allows me to see the whole picture of your experience—mind, body, and spirit—so that we can unlock the healing potential within you.

Working together, we'll tailor our sessions to fit your needs, whether you're seeking short-term focused work or an open-ended journey. I specialise in working with individuals facing anxiety, self-esteem and self-confidence issues, identity and sexuality exploration, as well as working with individuals from the sex-positive, kink/poly and LGBTQ+ communities, and addressing issues related to trauma, and stress. I also provide support for the challenges you face in your relationships, such as communication issues and intimacy concerns, among others, in your romantic, professional, friendship and family relationships.

As a trauma informed therapist with a focus on adverse childhood experiences, I create a secure, confidential and warm space where you can explore what’s holding you back. Together, we’ll work to overcome limiting beliefs, stabilise emotions, and integrate past traumas to foster a deep sense of safety within yourself that will be foundational to your personal evolution through self-expression and self-realisation.

I understand how daunting starting therapy can be, so I offer a free consultation where we can chat about your goals and ensure we’re a good fit.

Available weekdays and weekends. Free 20 minutes initial consultation.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

I place value in inner exploration and conscious and authentic living because I believe that having a deep relationship with our selves is the key to a meaningful life.
