I am BA MBACP Person-Centred, Humanistic Counsellor Body and Dance and Movement Therapist, working holistically with body and mind. I use CBT and solution focus therapy, mindfulness and meditation, as well as breathing exercises for faster results in feeling better and regaining balance.

BodyMind Counselling "BMC"
What is "BMC"
The “BMC” is a safe and non-directive process where autonomous freedom of expression and choice informs your direction. However, I will guide you throughout the session to help you acknowledge and bring to awareness your bodily functions.The body speaks its stories, and communicates its emotions, feelings, and experiences, therefore working with both body and mind will help you to increase self-understanding, self-awareness and help in gaining an insight into your own embodied presence. You will have more resources in self-care and gain a greater understanding of how the mind affects the body and how to heal from different mental health conditions through working with the body.
BMC process is excellent for psychosomatic conditions such as anxiety, depression, IBS, other psychosomatic conditions. Also, this model helps in healing from trauma.
Participation in BMC sessions not only will help you to cope with anxiety, depression and other psychosomatic conditions but will contribute to your personal development and will change your life into better, more fulfilled existence.
