About me

My main approach is Person-Centred although I use some aspects of other models. My reasoning for this is my belief that each of us know ourselves best and can find the way forward if we can access our real self and listen to it. Sometimes we may need help to do this and the experience of feeling heard and accepted as we are is a powerful and empowering experience. My aim is to provide a protected, safe and confidential space where you can be yourself, explore whatever is causing you difficulties in your life and access the internal self to find your resolution and move forward.

Sessions are one hour and take place in a warm and welcoming therapy room which I rent on a sessional basis.
