About me

COVID-19 UPDATE: In light of the current situation I will be offering sessions online via Zoom.  Therapy from the comfort of your home!

At times life can become overwhelming and the strategies which used to help us cope can get in the way of us living the life that we aspire towards. Sometimes, seeking help from a professional is the best step towards overcoming the difficulties you are experiencing.

I provide evidence-based therapies to support you in recovering from difficulties with your mental health to enable you to pursue a life that is personally meaningful and worthwhile.
