I am a South African born Clinical Psychologist working in London. I have worked in a variety of setting including the NHS and the private sector. During my time in the NHS I developed a special interest in Older Adult Mental Health, Clinical Health Psychology and Psychosis.
In my current rule I am involved in the facilitation of group psychotherapy, which include facilitating Inter Personal Therapy Groups, Psycho-education groups and DBT skills groups.
I work across central and south west London offering individual psychotherapy using a variety of different modalities. I work to help people suffering from depression and anxiety and support them in their recovery.
Coming to therapy can often feel difficult, my approach to therapy is to sensitive and respectful to each individual. I aim to create a safe supportive environment in which you can feel safe in talking about the difficulties you may be facing. I adhere to the ethics codes of the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society.
