Just Us Therapy
Finding a therapist is easy, finding the right therapist for you begins with you trusting your instincts.
In my comfortable therapy room based in Woking town centre, just 25 minutes by direct train from London Waterloo, I provide a non-judgmental, confidential and supportive space where you can safely explore and make sense of often difficult and confusing experiences, thoughts, behaviours and emotions. As a person-centred counsellor I believe that we all instinctively know what is best for ourselves. I aim to support you in this very personal process of exploration and growth. I work with you to help you to increase your self-awareness, change unhelpful patterns and behaviours and to regain control and achieve the life you want.
There are many reasons that people come for counselling and psychotherapy, one of the fundamental reasons is because they no longer want to feel the way they have been feeling. I will not give you advice or solve problems for you. I will listen to your story and experiences and we work together to help make sense of your experiences and understand yourself better so you can identify, break and change any unhelpful patterns in your life.
I believe it’s the quality of the relationship between client and counsellor which provides the basis for successful therapy so it is important you feel comfortable with your therapist. Call or email me to book a free, no obligation 15 minute telephone consultation.
