About us

Are you feeling overwhelmed, confused or lost? Have recent or past events had a negative impact on you that have become too much to cope with? Just Us Therapy offer a safe, confidential and professional counselling service where you are able to explore your reasons for coming to counselling in a friendly, calm and judgement-free space.

Our sessions are led by our clients and we work with you in a supportive and caring way. The relationship between client and counsellor is very important to the counselling work as you need to feel comfortable with your counsellor and able to open up to them. For this reason we have more than one counsellor available for you to choose from.

As your counselling progresses, you will start to gain more insight about your thoughts and feelings and therefore will start to understand more about what is causing you concern and how to best begin dealing with the issue(s). We will support you through this process, focusing on what is important to you and helping you to find meaning in your life.

We offer both individual client sessions and couples sessions for adults. We also work with young people aged 12 years+. Our comfortable therapy rooms are based in Woking Town centre next to the train station. Just 25 minutes by train from Waterloo, bus stops right outside and plenty of local parking.

We offer flexible appointments which are are available during the day (including early morning), evenings and Saturdays. We will always try to find an appointment day and time that best suits you.

Please feel free to contact us on 07946 513346 if you have any questions or to book a session, alternatively you will find more information on our website.
