About us

On paper, you have everything. A good job, a home, a relationship. But on the inside everything is falling apart. You feel exhausted and stressed, nothing you do is good enough and you can't tell anyone, because they wouldn't understand. You keep telling yourself that you should be happy, but it seems impossible to feel calm and happy. We understand just how hard life can be.

We can help you to regain control and make better decisions.

Get the life and relationships you want with the help of Just Us Therapy.  We offer both short and long-term therapy solutions to help you explore the difficult feelings or circumstances you may be experiencing. Our service is non-judgemental, providing a safe space for you to grow and develop at a pace that suits you.

We offer both individual client sessions and couples sessions for adults. We also work with young people aged 16 years+. Our comfortable therapy rooms are based in Woking Town centre next to the train station. Just 25 minutes by train from Waterloo, bus stops right outside and plenty of local parking.

We offer flexible appointments which are are available during the day (including early morning), evenings and Saturdays. We will always try to find an appointment day and time that best suits you.

Please feel free to contact us on 07946 513346 if you have any questions or to book a session, alternatively you will find more information on our website.
