About me
Hello. If you feel you could benefit from speaking to a qualified and experienced counsellor who is down-to-earth and friendly, then please do get in contact. Whether you are struggling with, stress or anxiety, working through a traumatic experience, have been bereaved, want help in understanding how you are feeling, or need to talk through what is troubling you.
I understand the importance of finding a counsellor that you can trust and feel comfortable with. It can feel daunting and nerve-racking to take that step to book an appointment, but it is that first step that could lead to a happier you.
I specialise in bereavement and loss counselling. Offering help in understanding and coping with grief.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment, to give you space to talk confidentially. To enable you to explore your thoughts and feelings and together we can try to find a way forward in your life.
