About me
Expressing our vulnerabilities can be risky especially if we feel our society is too quick to judge or misunderstand our personal experience(s). I completed my undergraduate studies at King’s College London and my postgraduate/ doctoral studies at the University of Surrey. I am able to work using a number of approaches including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, integrative and EMDR approaches. I offer individual therapy online. I can offer a free consultation where we can discuss what you want to work on and whether you feel we could work together to achieve your goals.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my PsychD Training in Psychotherapeutics and Counselling Psychology at the University of Surrey in 2019. I have been working in the mental health field of the past 7 years. I predominantly offer trauma-focused therapy and my speciality include clinical presentations such as: mood disorders (i.e. anxiety and depression), personal disorders (i.e. EUPD/ BPD), relationships issues and Psychosis (i.e. Schizophrenia).

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
