About me

Make the first steps to getting help and speaking out can feel scary.

I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor / Psychotherapist Offering both long and short term counselling

If you are seeking a therapist to offer a radical acceptance of empowerment and authentic self connection will be the cornerstone of our work.

I use a range of theories, including neuroscientist, to guide you in your discovery. It lies in YOU, your hopes, hardship, successes and your infinite wisdom. Even the strongest of us needs support sometimes
I am interactive we will collaborate using tools to work on changes you want to make.

I shall support the unleashing of the authentic, empowered YOU. Because if you can't love yourself, how will someone else love you?

Sometimes we may laugh often we will cry either way you won't walk this journey of self-discovery alone.
Life experiences can cause stress, anxiety, trauma and low self-esteem, which affect us all differently. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences and the impact these may have on your mental health emotions.

I believe it is imperative to work with the client at the heart of the session.
Sessions are available via telephone or online for a range of psychological, emotional and relational difficulties. These are individually tailored counselling to children, adolescents, adults, and elderly, from all ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientation.

If you would like to talk, please contact me, I can help you.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

The first session is a mutual assessment and we both decide if we can work together to create a therapeutic connection which can take up to 3 sessions. Sometimes we are unable to connect if this happens it is normal and we can discuss this during the session or after. Also, the session will include a discussion on documents and information gathering about what has brought you to therapy. These details will help define our working agreement and explore what confidentiality is all about. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss key issues you would like to address.
