About me

I am a qualified Counsellor and Hypnotherapist committed to delivering a pluralistic approach to therapy using person-centred, CBT, DBT-focused skills and Psychotherapy to support clients through their journey to improve their mental health.

Experience from Therapy Centre, St Clare’s Hospice, and a SET CAMHS NHS practitioner supporting clients with presenting issues such as anxiety, stress, bereavement, trust, and addiction, to help them acquire the appropriate coping mechanisms, working to achieve self-discovery to help and support them to function in their day-to-day environment.

I have worked with clients from various backgrounds and work genres including education, manufacturing, IT, health, and dental industry through employee referral along with direct clients.
