About me

I know from personal experience how hard it can be to make that first step. Each person enters counselling for many different reasons. Counselling can provide the opportunity and space for someone to talk about things which they may find difficult to share with someone else. Within the right environment a client will feel safe to explore a greater understanding of themselves and their own thoughts and feelings. I aim to offer you confidential therapeutic support in a non-judgemental way.

I have gained vast experience in many areas mainly using an extensive range of skills. As an integrative therapist and fully qualified in Person Centred counselling I have also undertaken further training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Hypno-psychotherapy. I adhere to the BACP(British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) code of ethics. I am passionate about helping people to become empowered in making life choices to bring about positive change which can help them move forward to lead healthier and happier lives.
