Midlife can be a truly challenging time. I’ve worked with so many amazing clients; ambitious, successful and entrepreneurial individuals who appear to have it all. They run great businesses, successful careers, have beautiful happy children, and wide-ranging interests and hobbies. I’m in awe of their many achievements, but at the same time, I hear from them repeatedly how lonely, empty, unfulfilling and disorientating midlife can be.
Motivated by the underplay of the complexity of midlife within our society, I’m driven to guide those experiencing midlife, maybe like yourself, through the transition. To help you create a more meaningful and happy space in life. I know that many individuals will benefit from guidance and feel that everyone should be able to access therapy without financial barriers. My goal is to make midlife therapy accessible for all. Through my Facebook page, website and the self-help book I am currently writing, I hope to provide a step by step guide to working through a midlife transition.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’m an experienced Counselling Psychologist, psychotherapist and writer. I’m also a small business owner (founder of a successful private mental health clinic) and held a prior career in financial services as an International Sales Director and Executive Board Member of a global organisation.
