My mission is to help you understand yourself enabling you to overcome your obstacles so you can transform into the best version of you, creating and living the life you desire. This desire stems from my own lived experience.

Are you feeling lost ?
Is life getting you down?
Are you at a crossroads and don't know which way to turn?
Are you suffering from Low mood/mild depression, low self esteem, lack of confidence?
Are you stressed or anxious?
I may be able to help

I can help you unravel what's going on in your mind understand your emotions enabling you to have peace of mind so you can move forward in your life.
I can help you find who you really are, what you really want and what has held you back,so you can then move on to create the life you desire.

Many people think counselling is only for major traumas, that is not always true, sometimes life can be overwhelming, sometimes you may not know why, sometimes you just may need someone to talk to in a private fully confidential space. I can offer you a safe, quiet, confidential non judgement space to explore your issues.

I understand taking the first step to see a counsellor is sometimes frightening, so I offer a FREE 20 minute telephone consultation with no obligation to book further sessions if you feel I am not right for you.

A Peaceful Mind session is a time just for you, giving you the space and time to talk about your concerns and reach a deeper understanding of yourself with a trained professional who has no other involvement in your life. Each session is unique and is based totally on each individual clients needs.

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and a member of the BACP. Integrative means I have many different counselling skills and methods which I can use to help you, these include person centred, CBT, pyschodynamic, transactional analysis, solution focused and gestalt.

I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist, I may use hypnotherapy interventions and techniques enabling us to work at a deeper level, helping to reprogramme in your sub conscious mind unhelpful behaviours, thoughts and beliefs if that is your wish. Hypnotherapy is also a great tool to promote deep relaxation.

I am a fully qualified Life coach, life coaching examines what is happening in your life now in the present moment and helps you move forward, overcoming obstacles and challenges. Life coaching enables you to choose the correct course of action which is in alignment with your true inner values, empowering you to make and meet your desired goals.

I specialize in stress, mild depression, anxiety, low self esteem but I find these conditions underlie most problems, so welcome most issues. I have a passion for helping clients get in touch with their true selves, who they really are as I have been through a similar process myself.

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
