About me

All sessions are online through Zoom, Teams or phone, your safety is paramount in these uncertain times.

I am an integrative Psychotherapist and Counselor. I use a range of counselling modalities, one size dose not fit all.  I believe by sharing your journey working together we can explore your unique situation and ways to move forward.

Change is not always easy especially when exploring childhood experiences, emotions, repetitive thoughts, that can causes you anxiety or depression to name but a few.  Throughout life especially childhood we learn certain beliefs about ourselves that no longer sits right with us as adults.

I have had experiences working with different people with a range of complex issues that enables them to overcome or, reach a place of acceptance enabling to move forward in a enlightened way.

Life is forever changing no matter what stage of life we reach, therapy can help to give you the tools to manage a life transitions or just gives you the space to learn more about yourself.  My aim is to create a warm non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to be your authentic self. There are not many places where you can be completely yourself with out fear of being judged. counselling can give you the freedom to talk in a way that you would not talk to family and friends.

Please get in touch to discuss how I can help you.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
