It’s a minefield, who do you choose? I know personally and professionally that any of us, at any time can feel life is a struggle, and we are not sure if we are coping. I would really appreciate the opportunity to support you.
Talking to a counsellor, building a safe and independent relationship can often be a real help to see the wood from the trees.
Please contact me, I want to help.
I am an experienced, qualified counsellor, and working with you I can help find relief from emotional or psychological difficulties. I firmly beleive there is something priceless about achieving peace of mind, and contentment in our own skin.
* My approach is to support you and work with you in a safe, empathic and understanding environment, and my experience includes the following:
- Low self esteem
- Relationship issues
- Life changing events (becoming a parent, empty nest, illness, divorce, retirement)
I positively welcome LGBT clients and work with any related issues for them, or their family members.
*I have previously worked for the NHS as a staff counsellor and as a member of the Major Incident Response (counselling) Team at the Queen Alexandra hospital, Portsmouth. I have in the past, worked with the British Dyslexia Association, Shaw Trust, Remploy, and Solent Mind to name a few.
I offer a quiet space in a central Fareham location, where we can build a relationship in a quiet, comfortable and confidential environment. Between us we can uncover the meaning behind these feelings, behaviours or stressors, and so provide relief to move on. It can take alot of courage to take this step, let me help you take the ones to follow.

The initial consultation is offered free of charge, to allow you to put a toe in the water, ask any questions and see if it feels right for you.
