I work with clients with all kinds of difficulties: Work stress, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, self harm, relationship issues, grief…and many more. Please don’t feel that anything you might want to talk to me about is either too trivial or too difficult. You will always be listened to confidentially and you will not be judged.
The aim is to achieve either fundamental, long-term shifts or to address specific issues that are holding you back, so that you can live a freer life.
My work with adolescents follows a similar model but dovetails with the core issues of identity seeking and alienation that can be around at this time of flux.
If you are interested in us working together, we would meet for an initial session to decide whether we would like to go forward. Thereafter, if we agreed, we would work together in either a fixed term or an open-ended way, so please do contact me.

I studied at Oxford University and work with clients in London and The Cotswolds. I am a member of the BACP and UCPA (Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association) and as such am governed by their code of ethics and professional conduct. I work with adults and teenagers, from all walks of life, with all kinds of concerns. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of my practice.

Areas of counselling I deal with
I work on a sliding scale of between £60 and £80 per session.
I work primarily with private clients (both adults and teenagers), but am also a volunteer at the Oxford Women’s Counselling Centre. I am also part of the counselling team at The Bartholomew School, Eynsham and at Bradfield College, near Theale. I have also been a volunteer at Bridewell Gardens, a mental health recovery service and served several years as a trustee for them.
